10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees received by us from that claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunshine Recovery LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or website.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services if you breach these Terms and Conditions or fail to fulfill your responsibilities. Termination does not waive your obligation to pay any fees owed to Sunshine Recovery LLC for work already performed.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14. Changes to Terms

16. Entire Agreement
